The company should have documented good economy and the two latest annual reports should be submitted. Registration certificate and a certificate from tax authorities showing that all tax obligations are fullfilled should also be submitted. Please also include credit rating(official) of your company.

The technical capacity should be proven and three (3) valid references not older than 5 years should be included. Those references shall cover both delivery and also services (if applicable).
The following standards shall be met: SS-EN488:2011 district heating system, Valve units and SS-EN 12266-1, Testing of Valves.
