Procurement of a planning, scheduling and time reporting system

SR is procuring a planning/booking, scheduling and time reporting system, including an implementation project for the solution together with a support contract for an initial period of three years.The background to this project is SR's desire to decrease the number of current plan support systems and to increase the efficiency of the planning and control processes surrounding resource planning. The planning, booking and time reporting of the following resource types is within the scope of the project:
- Personnel (music technicians, sound engineers, theater technicians, journalists, etc)
- Rooms and studios-Vehicles-Technical equipment (recorders, etc)
- Connections (satellite, HF, etc)
SR is interested in fully-developed products and will not be ordering adaptations as part of the initial delivery. Development projects and customization in order to completely fulfill SR's requirements can be part of additional commissions during the support period.
