With submission to tender the applicants has to prove in a suitable and comprehensive way the abidance of the following requirements:
Not answering any of these questions can lead to being excluded from taking part in this tendering procedure.
1. The applicants must be in the trade register according to legaslation of the country of establishment. Send a certification, not older than 6 month.
2. The applicants declares that is has fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of socila insurance payments in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to it.
3.The applicants declares that is fulfilled it's obligations with regard to the payment of taxes in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to it.
4. The supplier confirms that it's behavior is in compliance with Vattenfall's code of conduct for suppliers
If any of these points already are stated in the registration in Selliha, a remark to that combined with telling your registration-ID will be accepted as an alternative for the required proof.
Supplier who will in a position for a contract must be registred in Sellicha latest when the contract will be signed.
Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:
The supplier shall take out and maintain a general liability insurance. The insurance amount shall be the highest of the total contract sum 20 000 000 SEK or 2 000 000 EUR against damage and injury. A copy of the insurance policy shall be handed over to the purchaser in the offer document.
