Ex-Ante Evaluation of the Northern Periphery Programme
A contract for the ex-ante evaluation of the Northern Periphery Programme 2014-2020. The objective of the ex-ante evaluation is to design a programme that sets out a strategy for its contribution to the Europe 2020 strategy consistent with the Common Strategic Framework and Partnership Contract (Article 24(1) CPR).
The procurement is conducted through a simplified procedure in accordance with Swedish law; chapter 15 article 3 LOU (2007:1091) but the tender is published in TED/EUT in order to reach candidates outside of Sweden.
