ESS AB seeks to replace its current administration business system that has been in place since 2010 and is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009. The key business drivers for the replacement are as follows:
a) To enhance the current technological environment;
b) Provide optimal technology and processes for our users;
c) To support the need for data integration with Primavera Work Breakdown Structure ("WBS") and Enovia Bill of Material ("BoM").
ESS AB would like to invite submissions of PQQ’s from suitably experienced and qualified suppliers for the provision of an integrated software solution that could potentially support the management of finance, procurement and human resources at ESS AB. The software solution should have the following attributes:
a) User-friendly;
b) Fit for purpose;
c) Has the ability to continually enhance the proposed software to support industry best practices and requirements according to the relevant legislations.
ESS AB is looking for a potential integrated ERP solution that will efficiently minimise the overall lifetime management costs (e.g. maintenance and support) and risks to ESS AB. ESS AB seeks an "off the shelf" native solution, as opposed to a solution that requires custom software modification.
