Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:
With submission to tender the applicants have to prove in a suitable and comprehensive way the fulfillment of the following requirements:
1. The applicants must be in the trade register according to legislation of the country of establishment. A certificate, not older than 6 month, shall be sent in.
2. The applicants shall guarantee that they have fulfilled its obligations with regard to the payment of social insurances in accordance with the law applicable to that
3.The applicants shall guarantee that they have fulfilled it's obligations with regard to the payment of taxes in accordance with the law applicable to that.
4. The applicants shall confirm that their business behavior is in compliance with Vattenfall's code of conduct for suppliers.
If any of these points already are stated in the registration in Selliha/Connexio, a remark to this in combination with the applicant's registration-ID will be accepted as an alternative for the required proofs/guarantees. Supplier who will be in a position for a contract must be registred in the qualification system Sellicha or Connexio latest when the contract is signed.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:
The applicant shall have the reputable and healthy financial standing necessary to execute the contract. For this purpose in any case Vattenfall will perform
a credit check for every applicant as part of the selection process which may lead to exclusion from further participation, if not adequate financial standing can be proven based on information provided.
The supplier shall have and maintain a general liability insurance. The insurance amount shall be at a minimum 2 000 000 EUR against damage and injury. A copy of the insurance policy shall be sent in together with the application to participate in the tender.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:
The applicant shall have adequate technical ability and logistic capacity for manufacturing and/or handling and delivery (logistics) of requested material. Minimum 3 references.
The applicant shall have a quality- and enviromental system, certificate shall be sent in application.
The applicant shall state in the application that Vattenfall are permitted to carry out an factory audit during the tendering process.

All agreed prices will be in Euro. In case deliverer och recipient are from the same country, the settlement in domestic currency should allowed in the contract.
