X-ray diffractometer
The materials physics group at Uppsala University intends to acquire a state-of-the-art X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD) system for identification of phases, quantitative phase evaluation of powders and thin films. This is a part of a joint effort with Department of Chemistry and Department of Technology, forming a combinatorial materials research platform at the Ångström Laboratory.
