Rebuild/modification of bottom ash system for boiler 4, Högdalen plant in Stockholm

AB Fortum Värme samägt med Stockholms stad

Rebuild of bottom ash system for 85 MW grate fired boiler with household waste as the primary fuel. The scope includes a new conveying system for transportation of the bottom ash fom the boiler to the slag bunker. It is of utmost importance that the proposed solution complies to the operation of the boiler. The complete process has to be taken into account, e.g. primary air leakage, dust, temperatures etc. As an option, a modification of the current system can be proposed but the solution must meet the same requirements as a complete rebuild. The supplier need to give a functional guarantee for the scope.

Contractor shall put out safety were a bank guarantee is represented.

It shall be approved by Purchaser and be put out as "on demand".

Contractor shall put out safety in the event of repayment as Contractor can be obligated to pay. The warranty period is two years on materials and 4 years of function. The facility must meet CE requirements and the EMC Directive.
