Combined AFM/PL-system
This call for tenders concerns (1) an atomic-force-microscope (AFM) setup combined with (2) an inverted optical microscope and (3) a photoluminescence (PL) system. The AFM should be mounted on the optical axis of the PL setup and enable overlaid AFM and optical imaging. The photoluminescence system should be attached to a side-port of the microscope and should include an imaging spectrometer and a cooled EMCCD camera. Tenders are invited for the three parts (1) – (3) individually or together but need to address each subpart separately.
