Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:
1: The supplier shall fulfill the following requirements according to the act of public procurement, SFS 2007:1092 chapter 10 §3:
A. is not bankrupt or being wound up, his affairs are not being administred by the court, he has not entered into an arrangement with his creditors, he has not suspended payments, or he is not subject to an injunction against carrying on business;
B. is not the subject of proceedings for a declaration of bankruptcy, for an order for compulsory winding up or administration by court or for an arrangement with creditors or similar proceedings;
C. has not been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct;
D. has not been quilty of grave professional misconduct and the purchasing part can show this;
E. has fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social insurance fees or taxes in the country in which he is established or the country in which the procurement takes place, or E, has not in some essential way deliberately not given requested information or deliberately given the wrong information that is requested according to this law.

3: Adequate financial and economical strength in relation to the scope of the contract. Fortum reserves the right to make a creditcontrol of the tenderer.
Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:
The following information shall be attached to the application to participate:
1. Company registration certificate, or similar;
2. Certificate evidencing payment of taxes and social security contributions. For Sweden this is named "SKV 4820 template". Information shall not be older than 3 months;
3. Annual financial report for the last 2 years.
A tenderer affiliated to Sellihca does not need to enclosure means of proof for legal and economic reports.
Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:
The following information shall be attached to the application to participate:
— detailed descriptions of 3 similar projects during the last years, containing contact details to the reference objects,
— report from prequalifikationtest of the cable system (IEC 62037 chap 13) - report from typetest of simular cable and accessories.
OBS test report of a whole system, cable joint and termination.
