420 kV Cable system Hagby-Anneberg
Svenska Kraftnät
Svenska Kraftnät received a commission in 2004 from the swedish government to investigate the future design of the national grid 70-400 kV in the area of Stockholm. The resulting report from the commission includes more than 50 projects. Some projects are based on 420 kV XLPE cable systems installed in ground or tunnels.
This qualification concerns design, manufacturing, testing, documentation and delivery of complete 420 kV XLPE cable system buried in soil for the project Hagby-Anneberg. Design, manufacturing, testing, documentation and installation of joints and cable terminations are also included. The scope concerns approximately 58 km 420 kV XLPE cable with 2 500 mm² copper conductor. Additionally an option will be asked, regarding an approximate cable lenght of 19 km.
Part deliveries and installations of joints and terminations are planned to take place during the period May 2012 - December 2013.
