The University of Gothenburg intend to purchase an instrument that will be used for synthesis of chemically modified therapeutic oligonucleotides. The instrument will be used to prepare libraries of oligonucleotides consisting of multiple variations of chemically modified nucleotides in laboratory scale (0.05-5 µmol per synthesis and oligonucleotide), for subsequent evaluation in various in vitro and in vivo assays.
