Upphandlingen omfattar ombyggnation i existerande CFB panna för fjärrvärmeproduktion och inkluderar utbyte av undermåliga processdelar och förbättringar av driftegenskaper i och med installation av ny teknik i befintlig hetvattenpanna om 57 MW fjärrvärme.
