Framework Agreement Thermal Targets
FMV intends to procure and sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for delivery and service of thermal targets for live shooting practices. The SwAF has a need for heated targets for training military personnel when using thermal sights mounted on small arms and portable support weapons (such as general purpose machine guns and anti-tank rifles). The thermal targets shall also be able to use as decoys. The procurement also includes improvements and/or adaptations to the needs and conditions for the SwAF.
