Financial strength: The tenderer shall have the financial strength, stability and liquidity to finance the contractual undertakings throughout the agreement period. This requirement is considered to be fulfilled if tenderer has a credit rating of 3 or higher according to the rating model of Upplysningscentralen (UC).
Tenderers with a lower credit rating or no rating (for example a new or foreign company) can be considered to fulfill the requirement if an overall assessment shows that the company is finacially stable or if another company or bank warrants that the requirements are met.
