1.2.2.3 Economic and financial standing: The supplier must have an economic and financial standing at the time of the tender and throughout the term of the contract that meets up to the scope and content of the assignment. The supplier must be of risk category three (3) or better according to Upplysningscentralen’s (UC) credit rating system, or a corresponding system with another equivalent credit rating agency such as dun and bradstreet. In cases where a lower risk class is held or no classification can be obtained, the tenderer can still be considered to meet the requirements if the tenderer provides an acceptable explanation and attaches equivalent information. Evidence can be the most recent annual accounting report, an auditor's certificate ore statement from bank/auditors. Lunds University will make an individual assessment of the company's creditworthiness based on information submitted in the tender.
