Beskrivning av uteslutningsgrunder:
SLU has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect: if the supplier is declared bankrupt, goes into liquidation, suspends deliveries or can otherwise be assumed to be insolvent. • in case of particularly serious errors or breach of contract. • if the supplier during the contract period violates any of the mandatory grounds for exclusion in the LOU (Chapter 13 §§ 1-2) • Revoke of contract SLU has the right to revoke the agreement: if the supplier is put into bankruptcy, liquidation or otherwise is in such a state of insolvency that he cannot be expected to fulfill his obligations. • if it turns out that the tenderer has provided incomplete, misleading or incorrect information in the tender.

A tenderer shall be excluded from participation if, by final judgement of a court, the supplier has been convicted of a crime as per Chapter 13 article 1-2 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. participating in a criminal organisation, bribery, corruption, fraud, money laundering or not fulfilling his/her obligations to pay social insurance charges or tax in his own country or in the country where the procurement is being conducted. The tenderer must ensure that no one in the management has been convicted of any of these crime by attaching a signed declaration of truth to the tender, see appendix. 2. Declaration of truth. The tenderer may be excluded from participation, according to Chapter 13 Article 3 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. in brief, if the tenderer: 1. Has overridden applicable environmental, social or labour legislations. 2.The tenderer A) is in bankruptcy or is subject to insolvency or liquidation proceedings; B) is subject to compulsory administration, C) has a composition settlement with creditors, or D) has interrupted its business or is in a similar situation as a result of a procedure under national laws and regulations similar to those referred to in A) to C). SLU will obtain information to verify that the supplier with a permanent establishment in Sweden has fulfilled his/her obligations regarding social security contributions or taxes in Sweden according Chapter 13 article 2. Tenderer outside Sweden must upon request enclose equivalent information.

When performing work according to this agreement, the supplier shall apply the national legislation regarding the employees' working and employment conditions that apply in the country where the work is performed. Irrespective of national legislation, working and employment conditions must, as a minimum, be equivalent to the requirements of the ILO's core conventions.
