Economic and financial standing: The supplier must, at the time of tender and throughout the contract period, have an economic and financial standing that corresponds to the scope and content of the assignment.
The requirements for financial standing are met by the supplier having
a credit rating of at least 40 for Swedish companies or C for foreign companies according to a credit report from Creditsafe,
a solvency ratio of at least 15%, and
a liquidity ratio of at least 1.0 (100%).
This requirement is verified by Lund University.
Lund University will pay special attention to ensure that the key ratios of solvency and liquidity remain stable over time. In cases where the suppliers creditworthiness falls below 40 or C (according to Creditsafe), solvency ratio falls below 15%, and/or liquidity ratio falls below 1.0 (100%), an assessment of the company’s overall creditworthiness will be made.
If the supplier has a lower creditworthiness than the aforementioned criteria, there is an opportunity for the supplier to substantiate their financial standing through other means, such as a guarantee from a parent company and/or a bank (bank guarantee), bank statements, and/or an auditor’s opinion. Lund University will then assess the suppliers creditworthiness based on the requirements and submitted information

Suitability to pursue the professional activity: The supplier must be registered at the time of the tender and throughout the term of the contract in the aktiebolags-, handels- or föreningsregister [the Swedish Registers of Companies, Partnerships or Associations] or a corresponding register kept in the country where its activity is established. An up-todate registration certificate or corresponding must be attached to the tender.

Technical and professional ability: The supplier must possess the necessary human and technical resources and also have such experience as is required for the execution of the contract.
The supplier must demonstrate this by providing at least two (2) references for which the supplier has performed assignments of a similar / equivalent / comparable nature. With similar nature refers to an assignment that includes delivery of aerosol instrumentation as well as supply of consumables and service for these instruments.
