Beskrivning av upphandlingen
Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan, KTH, genomför upphandling avseende en Axial Torsion Machine till Odvistlaboratoriet, Institutionen för Hållfasthetslära tillhörande KTH SCI.
Summary
The Odqvist Laboratory at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) has a strong background in material testing and runs a well-equipped research testing laboratory. The laboratory is equipped with 9 servo hydraulic testing machines that are used in conjunction with digital controllers. One of them is an axial torsion machine. This machine is more than 40 years old and after a failure it is considered to be discarded. Therefore, the laboratory intends to purchase a new axial torsion machine for static and dynamic testing.
The machine that is to be replaced, already has control electronics, MTS FlexTest 60. If additional electronics would be needed it should be included. The control of the existing machine is performed with one servovalve on the axial actuator and one servovalve on the rotational actuator.
