Swedavia have purchased car park revenue management system to ensure carefree parking for all purses to our passengers as well as achieve increased profit from the parking product for Swedavia.
In order to achieve this, a clear need exists to proactively work with dynamic and differentiated pricing models and thereby attracting different customer groups. By that Swedavia can maximize revenue at any given time by increasing the occupancy rate as well as increased average price.
By investing in a price optimization system as a CPRM system (car park revenue management), Swedavia enables the prerequisite for effective analysis and action regarding the pricing of parking indoor, outdoor, close to terminal and long term parking within barriers.
A CPRM system will contribute to digitalisation by streamlining the manual work on price optimization while simplifying the move from drive-up to pre-ordering that Swedavia wishes to achieve.
