The procurement comprises a logistic solution that provides Participating Authorities with Freight Forwarding Services from and to USA. The materials that are delivered from USA are subjected to U.S. State Department of State involving various licenses for example DSP-5, and DSP-94. The materials that are delivered to USA could be subjected to DSP-61 or exemption ITAR 22CFR § 123.4 (a) (1). The licenses will be placed under the “Contractor” who will monitor all licenses, present and future, which this procurement will cover.
