Surface x-ray diffraction setup
The procurement consists of the purchase, delivery and installation of a surface X-ray diffraction setup with at least one year warranty.
The setup shall include an X-ray source together with beam-focusing elements and a source mount, a diffractometer stage delivering four rotational and three translational degrees of freedom, a two-dimensional X-ray photon counting detector with an adjustable mount, computer control of ALL the Equipment and documentation.
