Mechanics for harmonics-rejecting mirror for Balder beamline
Scope
The package includes a harmonics-rejecting mirror (HRM) system without optics. The system hosts 2 parallel mirrors, with one of them being bendable. The bender and other motorized adjustment stages are also parts of the package, as well as a UHV chamber without support.
