System for Queue measurement
The assignment covers procurement of a system including support, maintenance and installation at Swedavias airports; Arlanda (Arn), Bromma (Bma) and Gothenburg (Got).
The supplier shall install the complete queue measuring system in the Swedavia environment (i.e. all measuring equipment and supporting software).
The scope will include 2-line support of the system by the supplier, Swedavia will be responsible for 1-line support.
The System shall be able to measure queueing time at check-in desks, security controls, border controls and bag drop.. The System shall also be able to calculate and display estimated queueing time at check-in desks, security controls, border controls and bag drop. The system shall be able to measure and calculate estimated queueing time for both organized and unorganized queues.
