Self inflatable Oil booms

The Swedish Coast Guard has self-inflatable oil booms of two different sizes, larger (Expandi 4300) and smaller (Expandi 3000). The booms are stored in environmental protection storages, on ships and on sea sledges.
The goal of this procurement is to sign a two year contract, with the possibility to extend the contract with a further six years, with one supplier regarding delivery of self inflatable oil booms and spare parts, lifting equipment etc. according to the specifications within the tender documents. For the first year the Swedish Coast Guard estimates a need to equip three sea sledges with the larger self inflatable oil boom ( ~1 500 meters of boom) and replace some of the existing booms (~600 meters of the larger boom and ~400 meters of the smaller boom). The Swedish Coast Guard estimates that approximately 1 000 meters of boom needs to be replaced each following year. Please observe that the amount stated above is an estimate and no guarantee. The real amount purchased may be higher or lower than the estimate.
