EU air carriers are invited to submit requests for participation in a procurement relating to regular air traffic services between Karlstad Airport (KSD), Jönköping Airport (JKG) and a Central European hub. A Central European hub in this procurement documentation refers to an airport located in Central Europe that has an extensive international short haul and long haul network with the EU air carrier expressing interest, or that the party expressing interest has a code-share agreement with the company that has the major network.
Karlstads kommun is conducting the procurement on behalf of Jönköping Airport and Karlstad Airport.
