Development of a tool to support the decision-making process for surveillance and vector control of dengue, chikungunya and Zika virus disease in Europe

ECDC wishes to conclude a framework contract with a contractor that can gather expertise in the field of (1) epidemiology and transmission cycle modelling for dengue, chikungunya and Zika virus disease; (2) mosquito vector surveillance and control; (3) systematic review of the literature and meta-analysis; and (4) development of desktop and Web applications for a tool using preferably Matlab (http://se.mathworks.com/products/matlab/index.html) code. The contractor/contractors team will work in close collaboration with ECDC in order to support ECDC in the development of a tool to support the decision-making process for surveillance and control of diseases transmitted by invasive mosquitoes in Europe.
