Zebra Fish Housing System
The department of Organismal Biology at Uppsala University will buy an multi-tank aquatic facility to use in the research on zebrafish (Danio Rerio). The aquatic facility will be used for the maintenance of zebrafish wild-type and mutant strains, mutagenesis screens, gene mapping crosses, and the generation of zebrafish embryos for developmental biology studies.
