NATO Codification System (NCS) compliant software

FMV

Swedish Armed Forces (SAF) due to its operating field undoubtedly manages a vast range of materiel. Possessing this large amount of materiel whilst also having to transport it throughout the world requires control of logistics. To be able to supervise its logistics, FMV, on behalf of SAF, currently codifies all their materiel with their own standard, M/F-numbers.
Upon SAF logistics departments decision to raise SAF commitment to NATO Allied Committee (AC/135) from sponsorship level 1 to sponsorship level 2, SAF must now utilize a NATO-wide materiel codification standard through the use of a NATO Codification System (NCS) compliant software.
The procurement covers the rights of use of an NCS compliant software and accompanying support for 25 concurrent users which follows the guidelines of NATOs document Allied Codification Publication 1 (ACodP-1).
