Call for Competition Framework Agreement for Radar Upgrade Sweden
Luftfartsverket
LFV intends to improve air traffic control services within Sweden through modification and upgrading of our current operational radar surveillance systems. This procurement procedure within the Radar Upgrade Sweden project concerns a framework agreement for Mode S Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar (Mode-S MSSR) and Primary Surveillance (PSR) systems.
Interested suppliers are invited to submit a request to participate in response to this call for competition and the attached documents.

Suppliers who wish to participate in the procurement procedure must complete the Pre-qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which can be downloaded from the Visma TendSign website after registering a user account.
The PQQ and applicable supporting documentation shall be submitted electronically by means of the Visma TendSign website.
No more than maximum 5 pre-qualified Candidates will be selected to participate in the procurement. Please refer to the attached call for competition document for information on the selection criteria.
Please note that the full technical (requirement) specification will not be released during the call for competition phase.
