Variable temperature probe station
Scope
The procurement consists of a cryogen-free variable temperature probe-station for electrical and optical characterization of samples under vacuum conditions, where the temperature of samples can be varied from cryogenic conditions (20 K) up to high temperatures (650 K). The probe station must have a closed cycle refrigeration system, with no helium consumption.
