Rental of passenger aicraft FMV-2679-14
The procurement comprises air broker services. Participating authorities in this procurement are the Swedish Armed Forces, Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, the Swedish Coast Guard, the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, the Swedish Police and the Swedish Defence Material Administration.
The need of participating authorities requires access to a wide range of aircraft types and the amount of luggage may be extensive. Flights may include transport of dangerous goods and weapons. The need for transport may occur suddenly as a result of government decision meaning that transportation is to be performed at short notice.
The services comprise flights from/to airports within Europe, national flights in Sweden and to/from airports outside Europe, Ad Hoc- and serial flights. The need for passenger aircraft capacity is estimated to app. 50 MKR/year. The Swedish Armed Forces do not guarantee any quantities.
