NMR spectrometer
Uppsala University hereby invites you to submit tenders regarding a procurement of a high resolution 400 MHz NMR spectrometer for analytical application in medicinal chemistry and synthetic organic chemistry to the Department of Medicinal Chemistry at Uppsala University.
The spectrometer will replace the present unshielded 400 MHz NMR spectrometer system and provide the department with a system having an actively shielded superconducting magnet. The new spectrometer should be a fully automatic and robust NMR instrument. The department conducts research on a wide range of chemical entities that span from small aromatics to modified peptides. The most common NMR experiments performed are 1H, 13C, gCOSY, gHMBC, gHSQC and NOESY experiments but other nuclei such as 19F, 15N and 31P are also of great interest. The instrument will be used daily by 25 chemists and thus we are dependent on a versatile and reliable NMR experiment queue system.
