Andra AP-fonden

Andra AP-fonden (AP2) and Tredje AP-fonden (AP3) are reviewing their arrangements for global custody and related services. Global custody will include settlement and safekeeping/custody of securities plus asset servicing and taxation support. The related services will include CLS-facilities and may also include other services such as collateral management, fund valuation, securities lending and support for private equity. AP2 and AP3 are each looking to appoint one global custodian to handle the custody and related services through proprietary or subcustodian network. AP2 and AP3 are looking for an applicant that can offer requested services with a high degree of straight through processing, high service quality, a great degree of flexibility/creativity in response to new solutions and a competitive pricing.

The procurement will be carried out through a coordinated procedure. AP2 has on assignment by AP3 advertised the procurement. The notification for interest to participate in the tendering process shall be submitted to both funds by submitting an application to Thomas Murray IDS. Each Fund will be making independent decisions regarding the procurement (for example, award decisions) and the agreements will be signed by each Fund.

Behörighet att utöva yrkesverksamheten:
A detailed Pre Qualification Questionarie that needs to be filled i by applicant is available at the contact details mentioned in Appendix A
Apart from that the applicant should also:
Have market value of assets under custody exceeding 750 billions USD
An A/A1 and or A rating with credit support by Standard & Poors and/or Moody's and/or IBCA
Global custody coverage through propritery or sub-custodian networks including all markets including in the MSCI All country World Index
An European based operations centre.
