Diffractometer

The MAX IV Laboratory wishes to purchase a diffractometer for the BioMAX beamline at the MAX IV facility in Lund, Sweden. The diffractometer is intended to handle the needs of a high throughput macromolecular crystallography beamline with a microfocus X-ray beam. It will handle standardized sample holders, orient the samples to a suitable orientation and rotate the sample with high speed during data collection. The diffractometer includes X-ray beam shaping and conditioning elements and will interact with an automatic sample changer (not part of the scope). The procurement includes options to deliver supports for the diffractometer and for the detector (not part of the scope).
