Multi-source SputterThe Solar Cell Group at the division for Solid State Electronics has been working with co-evaporation of Cu(In,Ga)Se2, CIGS, for many years. Since 2010, we are also working with a related material, Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4, CZTS, with the advantage of only using abundant elements. The system we are looking for should have at least 6 sputter sources and an additional selenium evaporation source, to be used for both compound and reactive co-sputtering.
