Magnetron Sputtering System
ESS AB is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive procurement process of a magnetron sputtering system, which will be used for producing 10B4C coatings for neutron detectors. In the main, thin aluminum substrate sheets will be 2-side coated with 10B4C by DC magnetron sputtering. The associated documentation can be downloaded at
