Liquid Explosive Detection System, LEDS
This Invitation concerns procurement of a Framework agreement concluded with a single Contractor in which all terms and conditions are determined.The Tenderer shall present two solutions of LEDS type B. This is due to the need of a Fall Back solution in case of unsuccessful screening.These two LEDS shall be different regarding to model and principle of operation and shall together minimize the manual analyse of the LAGs.The framework will contain:-Liquid explosive detection system (LEDS type B)-Different type of Liquid explosive detection system (LEDS type B)-Maintenance agreement for both systemsSwedavia shall be entitled but not obliged to go forward with this procurement depending on whether the European Union (EU) decides not to go throw with the regulations regarding Screening of all LAGS. Swedavias intension is to initially order 80-100 systems in this framework agreement.
