Framework agreement Leasing of Aerial Target System
FMV Missile Test Range at Vidsel is the largest Test Area in Western Europeabove land, for air-to-air and ground-to-air missile testing. For coming missile test campaigns FMV intend to lease, campaign by campaign, a subsonic Aerial Target System to be operated and maintained by the contractor. The contractor organization will be subordinated the FMV authorized test organization. The agreement shall include an option for FMV to purchase a complete system, of the same or similar configuration as used under the leasing agreement, to be operated by FMV solely.
