Facility management consultancy services
ECDC needs the services of a contractor able to provide quality facilities management consultancy in several technical areas. The consultancy is mainly (but not exclusively) needed for the elaboration and implementation of the project leading to identify the headquarters for ECDC after the current lease contract ends. Thus a broad range of experts are needed: from the expert in the real estate market to different engineers specialised in different technical domains.
