Scanning Auger Nanoprobe (SAN)

Dalarna University invites you to submit a tender for a Scanning Auger Nanoprobe (SAN). The SAN system can be either a new or a used demo system (a used system must be equipped with state of the art electronics). Thus, a manufacturer that can offer a demo system or similar that fulfill the same technical specifications, as a new one, will be of interest, i.e. a system that meets the technical specifications in paragraph 5.2. Delivery to Dalarna University must be completed before 2012-11-30.

Dalarna University seeks to procure services and products that are environmentally friendly, and due to environmental concerns encourage suppliers to become more environmentally friendly, for the sake of long-term environmental stability. The tender should provide a brief description of its environmental policy.

The supplier should provide information about their…

… environmental/sustainability work and if applicable their work with certain environmental management standards, such as ISO or similar.

… work with quality processes and if applicable their work with certain quality assurance standards or systems, such as ISO or similar.

… work with ethics, equality and work environment.

Ekonomisk och finansiell ställning:

The supplier must be a company with economical and financial stability. The supplier confirms:

1. that the company is registered in the professional and trade register in the country where the supplier is based;

2. the payment of all required taxes and social security contributions and that the company is not in debt with either the tax authority or enforcement service regarding these charges. VAT-number, if any, should be stated;

3. that it is no bankrupt or currently the subject of bankruptcy proceeding, compulsory liquidation, compulsory management arrangement or accord. The supplier also confirms that it has not cancelled payments or been made the subject of a trading ban or any other similar arrangement;

4. and is, if requested, able to present adequate papers providing that it has not been convicted of any crime concerning the exercising of a profession, been the subject of a legal verdict or been found guilty of gross misconduct whilst providing a professional service.

Dalarna University reserves the right to ask other authorities or other organizations for verifications regarding the above stated requirements.

Teknisk och yrkesmässig förmåga:

The supplier must be a company which possesses the technical, quality assurance, research and development capacities and abilities for the assignment.

To ensure that the bidder has supplied similar equipment in the form Dalarna University request, the tender must provide two (2) reference objects delivered in the past five (5) years.

The following information of the reference should be given: company´s name, contact person, telephone number and e-mail address.

The reference should be asked and agree to be contacted by Dalarna University.

Binding agreement will be signed no earlier than eleven (11) days after the result of the award decision has been communicated to all bidders. The effective period available to bidders to bring review proceedings are ten days. These ten days are a standstill period during which the conclusion of the contract is suspended.

Please note that the award decision does not constitute an acceptance in a legal sense.
