Measuring instruments

For the various heat companies within the group, Vattenfall AB wants to establish with this tender 2 framework agreements for measuring instruments, namely heat meters, hot tap water meters and cooling meters. One framework agreement will be for smaller meters, up to Qp 2.5, and one framework agreement will be for larger meters, from Qp 2.5.
Due to the share in the total required volume of meters the focus will be on ultrasonic heat meters in the range from Qp 0.6 up to Qp 60. Besides that there is a need for small hot tap water meters and, to a lesser extent, cooling meters. Parts for maintenance and repairs also belong to the scope.
The framework agreements cover the purchase and delivery of aforementioned meters and accompanying components for maintenance and repairs. The meters need to be delivered in accordance with European directives and guidelines, such as the Measuring Instrument Directive, the EN-1434 and other relevant standards.
The tender applies on the service area of the various heat companies in the group within the countries Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. In these countries Vattenfall has its own branches which for the daily business, i.e. from ordering up to payment, operate independently from each other.
N.V. Nuon Energy, which is part of Vattenfall AB, will act in this tender as a contact point.

Tidsfristen för mottagande av anbud var 2012-09-07. Upphandlingen offentliggjordes den 2012-07-17.
