Beskrivning av alternativen:
The Swedish Armed Forces shall have the right - but are under no obligation - to extend the duration of the Agreement term, on conditions unchanged. Such an extension of the Agreement may be effected on a maximum of four (4) occasions, but in no case longer than a maximum total of two (2) years from the time the Agreement otherwise would have ceased to apply, in accordance with Section 3.1 above. If the Swedish Armed Forces intend to extend the duration of the term of the agreement, the Swedish Armed Forces must notify the Contractor in writing, in accordance with Section 13, no later than two (2) months before the Agreement otherwise would cease to apply.
