Procurement of a high-end HPLC-system
The tenderer is invited to make an offer for an ultra performance liquid chromatograph (UPLC) system equipped with: autosampler; column compartment; a triple quadrupole MS with ESI and APCI ionization modes; a UV/Vis diode array detector; fraction collection capacity. The UPLC pump should be capable of rapid resolution separations operating at pressures up to 1 100 bar. The system should be operated from a single workstation that steers the individual modules and that allows comprehensive data analysis.
