In this procurement the FMV will, by assignment, act as contracting authority on behalf of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia (EMOD) and the Swedish Armed Forces (SwAF). However, according to the RFQ, the FMV has the possibility to finalize the procurement on its own. The FMV will lead and conduct the procurement according to the Swedish Public Procurement Act based on the mutually agreed RFQ. Unless explicitly stated, all requirements set forth herein shall apply to both the EMOD and the SwAF.
Desert boots 12 000 pair, extra innersole 24 000 pair, desert boots 1 500 pair (EMOD) and extra innersole 3 000 pair (EMOD).
