Lotto was launched by Svenska Spel in Sweden in 1980. When you play Lotto you make a choice of 7 numbers out of 35. During the drawing procedure, 7 numbers are drawn followed by another 4 numbers, so-called, additional numbers. There are 4 Lotto drawings performed every week which are broadcast on television.
