Microbiological support to European surveillance of Clostridium difficile infections
The objective of the project is to provide microbiological support to European surveillance of Clostridium difficile infections (CDIs), in particular to increase the proportion of laboratories in EU/EEA Member States that have CDI diagnostic practices with high diagnostic accuracy and to increase the capacity of EU/EEA Member States to type C. difficile isolates.
