Framework Agreement for Strategic Inter-op Support
This procurement deals with the creation of a Framework Agreement concerning Strategic Interoperability Support.
Interoperability, in this context, means mainly processes and ways of working within and between Force Units and the capability to exchange information between platforms and systems, such as aircrafts, ships, army units and C2-systems.
Products delivered under this Framework Agreement would typically be reports, architectures in MooD, various eSMART products and suggestions of processes or other information products.
FMV will, either itself or in cooperation with the Contractor, produce Task-Orders, see template in Appendix 2, which will be the basis for each assignment. FMV cannot guarantee any order volume because this is depending upon assignments from the Swedish Armed Forces.
