This work concerns the design, procurement, manufacturing and commissioning of an accelerator helium refrigeration plant based on expansion turbines. The system shall provide the cryogenic cooling with helium at 2K, 4.5K and 40K for the superconducting proton accelerator at ESS in Lund.
