Provision of services to ECDC for coordination and organisation of the 2013 Escaide scientific conference
The overall objective of this is to acquire high-level professional services that support the organisation, coordination and delivery of the 2013 Escaide scientific conference.
It is divided into 3 lots (see description below) and it is expected to be awarded to 1 single contractor.
Performance of lot 1 is already confirmed, while ECDC reserves the right to order the other 2 lots as well, if the necessary budget becomes available during the year. The same applies for all optional tasks in each one of the 3 lots. The tenderer must be able to submit offers for all 3 lots.
